Safety Compliance Group was established in 2012 when its founders identified a need in the industry for an independent advisory and consulting firm to augment the management resources of air carriers. Today, the company is comprised of airline industry experts hailing from numerous airlines including American, Southwest, Pan Am, DHL, Braniff, and others. Safety Compliance Group (SCG) is an aviation SMS provider supporting U.S. Part 121, 135, 91 flight operations in the development, implementation and auditing of aviation safety management systems. The Company's reputation, capabilities and management team have grown substantially. SCG is comprised of seasoned aviation professionals with extensive experience in aviation management, system safety, flight operations, operational control, internal evaluation programs and change management for domestic and international flight operations.

SCG's safety consultants received SMS safety training and certification from the prestigious University of Southern California-Viterbi School of Aviation Safety and Security. All SCG IBAC auditors are ISO 9001:2008/ISO 19011:2011 and IS-BAO accredited.
