William Orr, Safety Management Systems & Advanced Management Training

Bill's aviation career spans 40 years, beginning as a military helicopter pilot then moving into the FAA as an Air Traffic Control Specialist, FAA Academy Instructor and Program Manager.  

 

Bill has held international positions of responsibility as an ICAO International SMS Instructor in "Support of Safe Skies for Africa"

(8 Countries), and as an FAA Liaison and Executive Management Development and International Quality Assurance Administration instructor, with the China Civil Aviation Administration (CAAC). Bill has provided similar services in 5 Southeast Asia countries, the Mideast and South America.

In addition to Bill's commitment to SCG, he provides contract training services at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK.  Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
